The safety of Android users has always been questioned. Google Play Store has many apps that can prove to be dangerous for users. Earlier there were several reports in which malware-affected apps were removed from the Play Store. However, for such cases, Google has partnered with three mobile security firms under which Google will prevent such apps from accessing the device of users.
Just a day after this partnership, research firm Trend Micro has found some apps that are related to games and cameras. These apps are affected by adware. They disguise themselves as icons and show full screen advertisements on the user’s device. According to a research, these apps have been removed from the Google Play Store. But some of their downloads are 3 million. If you too have downloaded any of these 46 apps in your phone, delete them soon.
