Vinay is unable to recognize even his mother

The application states that Vinay has a mental illness and needs treatment. He is unable to recognize people and has forgotten his mother as well. Vinay’s lawyers have earlier said in court that he is mentally ill and cannot be hanged.

The hearing will be held on Saturday

The Patiala House Court will hear the petition filed on behalf of Vinay on Saturday. The court has sought a response from the Tihar Jail Administration in this matter. Additional Sessions Judge Dharmendra Rana (Additional Session Judge Dharmender Rana) has directed the Tihar Jail administration to file a reply by Saturday regarding the injured Vinay Sharma.

According to the information received, on 16 February (Sunday), Vinay Kumar Sharma, one of the four convicts lodged in Tihar Jail No. 3, hit his head in the wall. This caused a minor head injury. Death warrant has been issued against the four convicts

It is worth mentioning that in the hearing held in Patiala House Court, Delhi on February 17, the four convicts Vinay Kumar Sharma (26) Pawan Kumar Gupta (25) Akshay Kumar (31) and Mukesh Kamar (32) have been issued death warrants for hanging. . Accordingly, on March 3, the four will be hanged together at 6 in the morning.
