OnePlus 7T GeekBench Revealing Key Specifications:
OnePlus 7T may take a few more weeks to come, as we will get more leaks about the upcoming device. This time, it may be the Chinese version that just visited Geekbench.
A new benchmark listing filed on Geekbench mentions a new high-end smartphone with the latest specifications. Although there is no explicit mention of OnePlus or model name, the tipster states that the HD1990 is the Chinese version of the OnePlus 7T.
The alleged OnePlus 7T-Octa core is powered by Snapdragon chipset, with a base frequency of 1.78 GHz. It is likely to be the Snapdragon 855 Plus, as indicated by a 3983-core score slightly higher than the Snapdragon 855. There is 8GB of RAM onboard, consistent with previous rumors, stating that 8GB would be the minimum RAM on this generation of OnePlus devices.
Nother interesting bit is the fact that this phone runs on Android 10, which just came out recently. OnePlus was not completely surprised considering the track-record with the software update, but it could make Android 10 the first phone in the market to run out-of-the-box.
Typically, the T update for the OnePlus flagship is incremental, but earlier leaks suggested that the OnePlus 7T is about to get a massive overhaul, both inside and out. Externally, the 7T will get a new setup of cameras on the rear, this time consisting of three cameras in a circular arrangement. It is likely to have three cameras at different focal lengths. A regular, an ultra-wide and a telephoto lens, similar to what we saw on the OnePlus 7 Pro.

Another major change comes with the display. The OnePlus 7 Pro had the best displays on any smartphone, and points to a similar display on the OnePlus 7T, with a 6.5-inch Fluid AMOLED display with QHD + resolution and 6.5 Hz refresh rate. However there will still be a notch for the front camera.
The Snapdragon 855 Plus incorporates an internal upgrade to include 8GB of RAM and UFS 3.0 storage, so speed and performance shouldn’t be an issue. Similar internal upgrades are expected with the OnePlus 7T Pro.
The new phone is expected to be launched on 26 September in India with OnePlus TV. However, OnePlus is yet to officially confirm this date, so we may have to hold our excitement for a while.
