Intel quoted that it is recently created chip has been manufactured primarily to house inside the Quantum Refrigerator.
The Quantum Computers are primarily known to do tasks in just few seconds which would normally takes thousands of years in our best conventional computer. In every photograph that we see, we can easily find multiple web of wireless tangled at the backside of the computer but the intel has come up with the solution and it is claiming that it will sort it out this problem. On Monday, the intel made a declaration that soon it is going to launch a chip that will work inside the Quantum Computers.
The Santa Clara, a California based chipmaker also declared a chip that will known as “horse ridge” and they are claiming that the chip will be able to do all the work that was been done by the use of bundles of wires and the chip will be available in the size of the tea cup saucer.
Quantum computers is still not available for the regular use but it is the prime interest of every major technology-based companies.
While in the month of October, the alphabets Google claimed that it has developed a machine that can outsource all conventional computers. Other big technologies companies such as Microsoft and international business machines are also in the race.
For general understanding, intel can be divided in two quantum efforts. Each effort examines the different mode of structuring the core of quantum computers. The middle part of the quantum machine uses what are called as “Qubits”.
In majority of the Quantum Machines, the qubits should be kept in very low temperature so that the movement of the atoms could be stopped in a specific refrigerator. This activity makes the connection of the wires to the qubits very challenging. Thus, most wires and additional electronics are putted outside the special refrigerator.
Intel through the social handle said that its chip is able to sit inside the quantum refrigerator. The intel company is very positive that its chip will be able to produce more practical results that will aid them to produce more Quantum Computers in the future.
Jim Clarke, the director of the Intel Quantum Hardware said in his statement that the company need to identify the quantum controls in order to build a Commercial Quantum System on a large scale.
