Realme X2 has started getting Realme UI based on Android 10. The new update is running in batches and is available to users who have version A.19 on the Realme X2 unit. The update includes a customized smart sidebar, and also brings features such as 3-finger screenshot gesture support. Realme has also provided navigation gesture 3.0 with support for gestures in landscape mode. Realme X2 users will get various performance enhancements through the latest Realme UI update.

As announced through a forum post on the Realme Community site, Realme brings the updated Realme X2 software version RMX1992AEX_11.C.05 to the UI. The update brings an updated interface that is based on the company’s real design aesthetics. In addition, it comes with a smart sidebar and includes features like Assistive Ball Opacity and Head Assist Ball on the fullscreen app.

The Realme UI update for Realme X2 also added 3-finger screenshot gesture support that allows users to capture screenshots of the selected portion of the screen using three fingers on the screen. Additionally, the update brings new gestures through the Navigation Gestures 3.0 package. There are other additions as well, such as focus mode, new charging animation, pause options for screen recording, and talkback floating cues. In addition, the update includes new live wallpapers, a dynamic weather ringtone, and a simple mode as well as core Android 10 features.

Realme has also provided various camera-focused optimizations. There is also an updated Realme Share feature with support for sharing files with Oppo, Vivo and Xiaomi users. The update includes various bug fixes and performance improvements.

“To ensure the stability of this update, it will have a phased rollout. The company wrote in its forum post that the update will be given to a limited number of users today and that there will be a wider rollout in a few days after ensuring that there are no significant bugs.

You can check the availability of the Realme UI update on your Realme X2 by going to the Settings menu.

The latest update comes just a few days after bringing the March Security Update in phones like Realme 5 Pro, Realme 6 Pro, and Realme XT. A Realme UI open beta program for Realme X2 Pro was recently discontinued to test the latest experience before its public release.

Realme started taking a beta testing application in January to pilot the Realme UI update on Realme X2. In addition, the rollout is timely as the company promised its arrival for March via an announcement in December.
