Supreme court dismisses mercy petition of Nirbhaya’s accused again. Pawan had filed the plea stating that he was a minor at the time of the crime. The four convicts of Nirbhaya are to be hanged on Friday morning.

The Supreme Court has dismissed the curative petition of Pawan Gupta, convicted of Nirbhaya. The court has rejected Pawan’s plea to be a minor at the time of the incident. Now, Pawan is failed in his all tricks. Tomorrow all four convicts are to be hanged.
After getting failed once again in the Supreme Court once again, Pawan’s lawyer AP Singh said that all work in the Supreme Court High Court is closed, but it is not happening that the death sentence should have stayed. This is very sad all this is happening in pressure. Whatever the decision is, we will see it further. On the other hand, Nirbhaya’s mother Asha Devi said this is an attempt to avoid hanging. Courts have come to know about their reality. They will now be hanged by tomorrow morning i.e. 20th Of March 2020 at 5:30 AM. Tomorrow Nirbhaya will get justice and will definitely get it.
Don’t hang the children
AP Singh illiterately linked the hanging of Nirbhaya convicts to the Coronavirus infection. He said, ‘Nature is saying that if you buy a rope, you will have to raise masks to be hanged. One day it will happen that even the mask will not cure. That is why I am saying obey nature. Do not do this. Do not hang a 16 and a half-year-old child. Injustice is happening Is under pressure.
