We want people to interact in different ways on Twitter with less pressure and more control. So we are testing a new way of sharing their Fleeting ideas. Since testing the Fleets in Brazil, Twitter has noticed that people are now more comfortable sharing their ideas. People who don’t usually tweet are also starting the dialogue and doing both Fleets and Tweets. When people send a Fleet, they often share many ideas fast. ”
