WHO Warns Lockdown Will Not End Corona’s Threat

Coronavirus is rapidly spreading its havoc all over the world and many countries are adopting different methods to prevent infection. In most countries, states and cities are controlling the infection of the corona by lockdown, but the World Health Organization (WHO) director-general Tedros Adhanom Gabriesses has warned the countries to lockdown on Wednesday. They reported that the lockdowns being implemented by many countries to combat coronaviruses (COVID-19) would not be sufficient to eradicate the virus from the world.

Many countries have adopted a ‘lockdown’ measure to slow the spread of coronavirus infection. But according to them, this measure will not end the epidemic. We call upon all countries to use this time to attack coronavirus. Till now you have created a second window of opportunity (adopted another way).

The head of the WHO said, “Searching, isolating, testing and treating people being kept in isolation is the best and quickest way, but other than this, more major steps have to be taken at the social and economic level.”

Significantly, this virus has spread in more than 180 countries and so far has killed more than 20 thousand people. In China and Italy alone, the death toll has crossed 10,000. Four and a half million people are infected by it. There are situations like emergencies in countries around the world. Many countries have taken the path of lockdown to prevent this and more than three billion people are forced to remain in lockdown.
